The rooms are nothing luxurious but clean and tidy. Also cleaned regular and throughly. We had a small problem with a leaking shower to begin with but this was sorte quickly without hesitation. The location is slightly out of town, but this was ideal as its quiet at night and no distribances. Only a ten min walk to town.
The owner, Ali, was great and nothing was too much problem. Very genuine, and often stayed to have the bar open for us when we arived back from town of an evening, and also cooked a BBQ for us! also had wi-fi access (ask Ali or password) and airport transfer service. Pool is also good and clean. My parents have already gone back!
Probably better for families as opposed to younger people- but thats more Dalyan as a whole rather than the apartments!

hosts and have added lots of laughs and good times to our 2 weeks here. Your
apartments are lovely and extremely clean and well looked after. I will miss
Billy the cat and the best menemen in Turkey!! Thank you all again - See you

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Ali and his family are always happy
to help in any way. It is well worth eating at the bar area because the food
